Project#
A project is a collection of commands, you can see it as "groups". For more information see "What is a project".
Engineers#
An engineer is a person that can execute projects, and create boards based on your board templates. For more information see "What is an engineer".
Custom action#
By default there are a few actions, but some (more advanced) use-cases require you to write some custom logic for the CMD. For more information see "What is an action".
Commands#
A command will execute an action with custom data that you entered. For more information see "What is a command".
What is an execution#
Every time one of your engineers executes one of your projects from the Windows application, it counts as one execution.
Board template#
As an administrator, you can create "boards", these are templates that you can link to a project. For more information see "What are boards?".
Generated boards#
Generated boards are boards that are created when either running the Windows application, or when manually created from the Engineer dashboard. They are generated from a board template, as selected by you.
(Software) Reminder notifications#
As an administrator, you can create notifications and attach those to as many products as you like. You can create a notification 30 days before expiration, and let the system email an automated notification.
(Software) Reminder product#
You can create products (for example: When a client orders a one-year license for an Anti-Virus program. Engineers can add clients to the system to send them automated emails to let them know to bring in their machine to renew their software).
(Software) Reminder templates#
You can create templates, for example, you can write the HTML that will get emailed. There are a few placeholders, like {softwareName} and {daysLeft}, that you can use inside this template. This will be replaced with the correct value.
(Software) Reminder users#
Software reminder users are users that are added to the software reminder system (users that will get the notifications) from the Engineer dashboard.
